What's In A Name?

So I finally got this new template to work after trying a couple of times. Forgive me but I'm not entirely familar with Blogger. The last blog I used was Xanga and it has been awhile, and I'm a bit behind on this one due to an unruly computer.

I suppose a brief introduction is in order, or at least some explanation. Indivara is a Sanskrit word for lotus, particularly for the rare blue lotus. The usual Sanskrit word for lotus is padma (which is where padmasana comes from in yoga). The lotus tends to be very symbolic in Eastern spirituality, as well as aesthetics, so take from what you will.

The title of this blog is an Arab proverb that is in French. It means "the truth can not be found in a single dream." And rightly so, at least that's how I see it. For the moment I hope this suffices as a way of introduction. I am a bit tired of the whole name, age, where I'm from and whatever superficial details people feel the need to use to identify themselves as in their very first post. For those of you who already know me, great, keep reading, while everyone else, I hope you enjoy discovering.

thank you, Ann for your communications. I am a brand new blogg accessor!
Your Arabic quote is beautiful, and very pertinent to my life at the moment, especially in its French format. The older I get, the more I know we need many dreams to sustain us, and the discipline to work each in to realilty. best wishes to you. Lisa
